Ukraine's steel product consumption reached 1.2 million tons in the first four months of 2025, reflecting a steady increase in domestic demand.

The growth was driven by infrastructure projects, industrial recovery, and rising construction activity. While imports continue to play a role in meeting demand, local production has also adapted to support the market.
