Turkey's steel exports to Italy increased by 25% year-on-year in the January-April period of 2025. The rise was driven by strong demand from Italian buyers and Turkey’s competitive pricing in the European market.

Italy has become one of Turkey’s top steel export destinations, with total shipments reaching $374 million during this period. Turkish steel producers continue to expand their presence in the European market, leveraging trade fairs and industry partnerships to strengthen their foothold.
