Turkey has announced provisional anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled coil (HRC) imports from China, India, Japan, and Russia. The Turkish Ministry of Trade initiated the investigation in response to complaints from local producers about unfair pricing practices.

The duties aim to protect the domestic steel industry from the adverse effects of dumping. The provisional measures will be in place while the investigation continues, with final decisions expected later this year.
