The Northern European wire rod market has seen little change this week, with prices remaining stable amid a quiet market environment. Despite efforts by suppliers to push for higher prices, the market continues to experience low demand.

This trend has persisted over the past few months, with minimal fluctuations in market activity. Domestic transaction prices for drawing-quality wire rod are currently at €650 per tonne ex-works, while mesh-grade wire rod is priced at €630 per tonne.
