Saudi Iron and Steel Company (Hadeed) has announced an increase in rebar prices for December deliveries. The price of rebar (12-32 mm) will rise by SAR 50 ($13) per ton, bringing it to SAR 2,400 ($639) per ton. In contrast, wire rod (6.5-16 mm) prices will remain unchanged at SAR 2,440 ($649) per ton. These prices are based on a CPT Riyadh basis and exclude the 15% VAT. This adjustment reflects ongoing market conditions and pricing strategies within the steel industry in Saudi Arabia.
