In Southern Europe, domestic HRC prices were stable at €625/mt ex-works Italy, with tradable values at €620-625/mt ex-works Italy. The market for carbon-accounted HRC remained muted, with tradable values for the premium ranging from €100-150/mt. Imported HRC prices in Northwest Europe were stable at €595/mt CIF Antwerp, with offers from Japan at €595-600/mt CIF Antwerp. In Southern Europe, imported HRC prices were stable at €600/mt CIF Italy, with offers from Indonesia and Turkey.
