Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, has issued a decision to form specialized advisory committees aimed at enhancing communication between the government and private sector experts. This initiative seeks to establish permanent channels for exchanging visions and proposals to support the policy-making process.
The decision includes the formation of six specialized advisory committees, each tasked with providing opinions and proposals to support government efforts in reforming and advancing relevant sectors, and enhancing the role of the private sector in policy-making.
Each committee, headed by the Prime Minister and attended by ministers and heads of relevant authorities, will meet periodically, at least once a month, to address challenges facing their respective sectors and propose policies and solutions.
The Export Development Committee includes notable members such as Eng. Ahmed Ezz, Chairman of Ezz Steel, and Mr. Ayman Ashry, Chairman of Ashry Steel Group. Other committees will focus on macroeconomics, digital economy, entrepreneurship, development of Egyptian tourism, political affairs, urban development, and real estate exports.
