Saudi-based East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry has signed a significant agreement with Abdullah Ibrahim Alsayegh & Sons Company for the supply of steel pipes. The contract, valued at over SAR 40 million ($10.66 million) inclusive of value-added tax, highlights East Pipes’ continued role in supporting the kingdom’s infrastructure development.
Under the six-month agreement, East Pipes will not only manufacture and deliver steel pipes but will also provide external coating services tailored to the client’s project requirements. The collaboration aims to contribute to ongoing infrastructure enhancements across Saudi Arabia, where demand for high-quality, durable pipe systems remains strong.
The financial implications of the contract are projected to appear in East Pipes' earnings for the third and fourth quarters of the fiscal year 2025–2026. This deal reflects the growing confidence in East Pipes’ manufacturing capabilities and its strategic alignment with national development objectives. The partnership also underscores the importance of strong industry ties between manufacturers and service providers in accelerating construction and infrastructure initiatives throughout the region.
