Cronimet Holding GmbH, a German stainless steel recycling specialist, has acquired 100% of the shares of MetallPlast Recykling, a Czech metals recycling company.
This acquisition is part of a long-term succession plan for MetallPlast and aims to strengthen Cronimet’s market position in Central Europe. MetallPlast, founded in 1992, operates seven sites and specializes in ferrous scrap, stainless steel, foundry scrap, and non-ferrous metals.
The acquisition will integrate MetallPlast’s operations and workforce into the Cronimet Group, enhancing its service and product portfolio.
