Saudi Arabia’s Arabian Pipes Company (APC) has signed a significant contract with Saudi Aramco to supply steel pipes worth approximately SAR 104 million ($27.72 million). The agreement stipulates that APC will deliver the pipes over a nine-month period, with the financial impact expected to be visible in the fourth quarter of this year and the first quarter of 2026.
The deal underscores APC’s role as a key supplier to Saudi Arabia’s energy sector, particularly in providing essential infrastructure for oil and gas operations. Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest oil company, continues to invest in domestic partnerships to support its expansive projects.
APC’s contract highlights the growing demand for steel pipes in the region, driven by ongoing energy and industrial developments. The company’s ability to secure such deals reinforces its position in the competitive steel pipe market.
This agreement is expected to positively impact APC’s financial performance in the coming quarters, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s broader industrial and economic goals. The partnership between APC and Aramco reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening local manufacturing capabilities and supporting domestic suppliers in the energy sector.
