The Arab Iron and Steel Union held the fourth technical committee meeting today at the headquarters of FOULATH Club in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. During the meeting, opportunities and challenges facing Arab steel companies in achieving carbon neutrality were studied. Additionally, a comparative study of direct reduction technology and green steel requirements, along with the 2025/2026 action plan, was presented.
