Spanish company Grupo Soledad has made a significant move into the steel sector by acquiring Aceros y Servicios, a Valencia-based special steel supplier. This acquisition will expand Grupo Soledad's expertise in special steels and enhance the production capacities of its subsidiaries, Caucho Industrial VerdĂş and Tallants Navarro.
Aceros y Servicios will focus on developing steel components for railway infrastructure and construction sectors, which are experiencing strong international demand.
